The University Grants Commission (UGC) has barred three universities in Rajasthan from admitting PhD students from 2025-26 to 2029-30 for not adhering to UGC PhD Regulations. OPJS University, Sunrise University, and Singhania University were found non-compliant after a detailed analysis.
