The UPSC has issued a notice on new rules for updating the OTR profile in CSE and IFS applications. Candidates can apply until February 11, 2025, and modify applications from February 12-18, 2025. Changes to the OTR profile, including name, DOB, and gender, will be allowed only once in a lifetime within a specified timeframe.
